Home wellness yoga with variety of Poses
Teach students a variety of yoga asanas, including standing poses, seated poses, twists, backbends, forward bends, inversions, and balancing poses. Provide detailed instructions on alignment, and modifications.Introduce students to the foundational principles and philosophies of yoga, including the eight limbs of yoga outlined in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Teach about concepts such as the yamas (ethical guidelines), niyamas (personal observances), asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (enlightenment).
Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, or Beginner/Introductory classes are typically suitable for beginners. These classes focus on foundational poses, proper alignment, and breath awareness, providing a gentle introduction to yoga.
